Nihilist Thoughts on My Clinical Depression

I read this essay, and found it enlightening. I recommend this essay and the books written by its author to be authoritative philosophical thought on the ideas of emptiness of meaning to life.  I am a theist, and so is the author of the essay, who is playing the devil’s advocate, in full and complete form.  This essay may be easily mistaken for proof, but the author does recommend seeking for meaning in a life that must physically end.

If you are depressed or disturbed by this essay, there are links at the bottom which might be of help.  There are people waiting to help if you suffer from clinical depression, which is a medical problem with the chemicals in the brain.
